1. Order Confirmation:
All orders are considered confirmed only after receiving written or email confirmation from the client. Any specifications, designs, or changes must be clearly communicated before production begins.
2. Customization:
Our furniture is manufactured according to client specifications. Any modifications requested after production has started may incur additional charges. CNC Islamabad strives to meet all customization requirements with precision and accuracy.
3. Payment Terms:
A 50% advance is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 50% must be cleared prior to delivery. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
4. Delivery & Installation:
Delivery timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project. CNC Islamabad is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including transportation issues or client unavailability. Our team handles professional on-site installation unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is ready.
5. Warranty & Liability:
We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. CNC Islamabad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our furniture.
6. Returns & Cancellations:
Customized furniture cannot be returned. Order cancellations are subject to terms agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
7. Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, and content are the intellectual property of CNC Islamabad and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be addressed in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws.
